Submission Guidelines

All submissions will be reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and research content, correctness, relevance to conference, readability, significance, presentation, and references.


GENERAL GUIDELINES:

  • All manuscripts should be submitted in MS Word or PDF format only.
  • Papers should address one of the topics listed in the call for papers.
  • One author should be designated as the corresponding author (All future communications will be sent to the corresponding author).
  • For submission, the corresponding author should get the consent from all the co-authors.
  • All submissions should be written in English with a maximum page length of 4/8 printed pages
  • Tables and figures should be clearly labelled and of high quality.
  • Authors should proof-read the manuscript to avoid any grammatical or typographical errors. Papers can be rejected due to a poor standard of English.
  • Page size: A4 size only
  • Text Column: Single texts align: justify
  • Page Margins: Left – 0.51”, Right – 0.51”, Top – 0.75”, Bottom – 0.75”
  • Font: Use Only Times New Roman for whole paper
  • Line Spacing: single
  • It is author’s responsibility to ensure that all references and citations are correct, and that the contribution does not contain any material that infringes copyright, or is defamatory, obscene or otherwise unlawful or litigious.
  • Final Paper should be submitted before the deadline.


Paper Submission Guidelines:

  • Authors should submit their original unpublished work in PDF format to ICACT- 2024 via Microsoft CMT account.
  • If any author does not have Microsoft CMT account. First he/she needs to create his account on Microsoft CMT (https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com) and then follow the link given for “Online Paper Submission”.
  • Simultaneous submissions (papers already submitted to other conferences/journals) are not allowed.
  • Submission should strictly follow recommended IEEE conference template.
  • The decision regarding the acceptance of paper is at the discretion of Technical Program Committee
